This website is operated by APPEX LLC (“APPEX Tree Service”, “APPEX”, “we”, “us”), a tree care company serving Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Weatherford, Mineral Wells and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains what information we collect through appextree.octopi-digital.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address or city
• The service you need and any message you write
• Photos of your trees or property that you choose to upload

We also keep the details you share when you call, text or email us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting providers record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It is used to keep the site secure and working, for example to block spam and abuse.

We use your information only to run our business and serve you, including to:

• Reply to your questions and prepare your estimate
• Schedule, carry out and follow up on tree work at your property
• Send invoices and keep business, tax and safety records
• Protect our website, customers and crew from fraud, spam and misuse
• Meet our legal obligations

We contact you about your request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Photos you upload help our team assess your trees before visiting. They are stored privately with your message, are not published on our website, and are blocked from search engines. We will only use a photo of your property in our gallery or marketing with your permission.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the private admin area.

Some pages show maps from OpenStreetMap (on our home, contact and Service Areas pages). When a map loads, your browser requests map images from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address and handle it under their own privacy policy. We don't control that provider.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• With trusted service providers who help us run the website and our business (such as hosting and email), who may use it only to provide those services
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, crew or others
